Consorzio E-Tree, new online Academy
New Academy and Content Authoring
Impianto Sicuro is a network of elevator maintenance companies capable of meeting all elevation needs — from installation to maintenance and modernization — with customized maintenance plans. The service was developed by Consorzio TREE-E, a consortium of elevator companies managing approximately 40,000 installations in Italy, bringing together the best specialized firms operating across Italy under the shared procedures and standards of the Impianto Sicuro brand.
Impianto Sicuro identified the need to develop its own academy for the professional training of elevator technicians, to convert existing training programs into online formats, to adopt current best practices for new content development exploring the use of AI tools for this purpose, and to train its staff in their use.
Adriathink designed and managed a comprehensive e-learning solution, deploying its full expertise across the key professional roles that define quality digital education: the Instructional Designer, responsible for pedagogical architecture; the E-learning Specialist/Manager, overseeing the learning journey; the Content Developer, producing engaging and technically accurate materials and the LMS Expert, administering and optimizing the platform infrastructure.
The engagement was completed over a 6-month period and encompassed the following activities:
LearnWorlds Platform Design Adriathink configured and customized LearnWorlds to meet Impianto Sicuro’s needs — defining architecture, UX flows, enrollment logic, and branding for field technicians.
Course Acquisition and Online Transformation An existing in-person course was restructured for digital delivery: modular units, asynchronous language, interactive assessments, and compliance with standards.
Content Format Design Adriathink developed a scalable content template standardizing screen layout, narration style, interaction design, and assessment — ensuring consistency and production efficiency.
AI-Assisted Image Development Starting from existing assets, generative AI tools produced professional-grade visuals — equipment illustrations and procedural imagery — without traditional photo production costs.
AI Avatar Video Development AI-generated avatar presenters deliver video instruction at scale, reducing production time and costs while maintaining a consistent, credible on-screen presence across all modules.
Knowledge Transfer and Staff Training Adriathink trained Impianto Sicuro’s team on platform administration, content updates, and AI tools — enabling full internal autonomy to maintain and expand the academy independently.
