The two programs, Master in Space Business Management and Master in Space Entrepreneurship, were designed from Remedia Group to address the needs of a rapidly evolving market, where technological advancements and space exploration are opening new opportunities for companies, startups, and professionals.
Adriathink designed and managed the marketing campaigns, aimed at promoting the two master’s programs, to increase visibility and attractiveness, with a particular focus on analyzing potential customers trough deep market analysis and professional opportunities.
Completed over a period of 8 months of the following activities:
Corporate Database Development, collection and organization of a database of companies potentially interested in collaborating with the master’s program. These partnerships may involve internships, apprenticeships, or placements for students, facilitating corporate relationships.
Implementation of a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system integrated with Calendly for automated prospect relationship management, consultation scheduling and lifecycle tracking.
CRM Process Optimization, streamlining the management of opportunities through the CRM, emphasizing data recording, lead follow-ups, and communication automation. These enhancements accelerate the sales funnel and improve conversion rates.
Deep Space Business Market Data Analysis: Conducted thorough market research, analyzing trends, innovations, and business potential within the space industry to inform marketing strategies and refine program positioning.
Prospect and Corporate Profiling: Detailed profiling of companies and potential students to tailor communication, improve outreach, and align with industry demands.
Development of new CTAs across digital channels, including the website and advertising campaigns. These are designed to encourage visitors to take specific actions, such as registering for webinars, downloading informational materials, or enrolling in the program.
LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google Campaigns – creation and management of advertising campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google to increase program visibility. These campaigns are targeted to specific audiences based on demographic, professional, and interest-based data.
Scholarships, development and management of a scholarship program to attract talented students and expand enrollment. This includes promoting scholarships through digital and social media channels.
Events, organization and promotion of online and in-person events to showcase the master’s programs. These events include information sessions, Q&A, workshops, and networking opportunities to engage prospects and connect with potential students.
Mentoring of Organizational Strategies: Provided strategic mentoring to align internal processes and communication strategies with the program’s goals, ensuring sustainable growth and strong stakeholder engagement.
